Robbers Roost
The L-shaped building nestles into the hilly forest lot, blending into the tall trees and mountain backdrop. The mountain cabin styling is accented by forest green roofing, wood cross beams and a base of rounded river rock. Rising from the rooftop is a namesake “robbers roost,” a treehouse-like lookout designed to catch the eye. Double barn doors offer entry into the stately, yet cozy dining area. Open, vaulted ceilings are framed with massive wood beam work, adding to the lofty mountain feel. The large, stainless steel filled commercial kitchen is ready to serve efficiently. Outdoor dining is also available on the restaurant’s rear balcony, which perches atop majestic arches of river rock. Both evocative of and complementary to the spectacular setting, Robbers Roost effectively blends in and stands out.
